Segregation of a large industrial unit by forming a 7m high fire wall. The works included creating a two story office block complete with an open plan office space for 6 operatives, 4 individual offices, 2 meeting rooms, kitchen, shower room and toilets. All fully fitted and and ready to move in.

Works consisted of the demolition of an existing structure and creating a new extension onto the site office forming a control room to be used by the Police/Security on match days. The extension was completed to a high level and included a one way panoramic view of the stadium and pitch as per the specific requirements of the EFA. Full new CCTV and Fire Alarm systems were also installed during the build. As part of the main contract we were also asked to carry out various small/maintenance works to the stadium and grounds.
