When Mark Davies founded MD Construction (Bolton) Limited it was to support the growing demand by lift and escalator manufacturers for construction services specific to their products. As construction boomed in the late 1990’s he recognised that these specialist companies needed dedicated teams for both new build and replacement projects. In the years that followed the company went from strength to strength in this industry and this is an area the new management have looked to continue with the existing workforces, equipment and skills.

Today we have several experienced site teams covering the whole of the UK supporting major OEM’s as well as independent providers of lifts and escalators. These teams are supported by in house design service, CAD operators and project managers as well as LEIA Tester and Electricians.
