Lift Shaft Alterations and Pit Alterations

On lift replacement projects, after we have successfully removed the old equipment, we can make any alterations required to accept the new equipment. We will work closely with the new equipment provider, main contractor and architect to ensure the site is fully compliant to all new legislation and requirement.

Some of the services that many be required are:

• Buffer removal
• Concrete cutting to doors and landings
• Core holes for buttons and ropes
• Bed plate and plinth removal
• De-commission machine rooms and change for use
• Relocate power supplied and isolators
• New pit ladders and access platforms.
